Enter between 1-50,000 protein sequences in valid
FASTA format and press submit.
Sequences should be between 10-200AA in length. For longer sequences,
only the last 200AA will be considered. For these cases, we recommend using "Proteome Scan Mode" in
AMP Scanner Ver. 1 to identify promising segments first, and then submitting those results to this version of the program.
